The Housing Resource program assists clients with establishing a home and a solid foundation from which to pursue a path of wellness. The Housing Resource program can turn homelessness to a home, and despair to hope. Affordability of an apartment is often an overwhelming barrier to safe and quality housing.

We own and manage an apartment building on Fifth Street in Auburn which offers one-one bedroom, two-two bedroom and three-efficiency apartments.

The Bridging Rental Assistance program and the Shelter Plus Care Program provide eligible individuals with a rental payment subsidy for a qualifying apartment in the Androscoggin County area. Applications can be obtained at or by calling the office.
