What have we learned?
Community Integration Specialists are extremely busy, assisting many consumers with complex needs, working very hard to be on time for appointments and returning phone calls.
Community Integration Specialists are well trained, are trusted, but changes with an individual CIS can be frustrating.
Housing Services are excellent, though having more choices for safe, healthy, and accessible apartments are indicated.
