All citizens whose health and wellness is impacted by mental health illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and medical illnesses shall have ready access to integrated health and human services resources which promote and support recovery. Mission Statement

Common Ties Mental Health Services promotes the health and wellness of the citizens of Androscoggin County by providing programs supporting recovery from the combined challenges of physical, mental, and substance abuse illnesses.
