PT – Medical Director Position, Psychiatry

Part Time Medical Director to support a Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Medication Management Program. Duties include responsibility for the practitioner(s) practicing medication management services, review and approval of policies and procedures that govern and direct the delivery of medical services, review of medication variance events, representation of the agency at state level meetings when requested, and serve as a liaison for the agency with community physicians, hospitals, and other professionals with regard to psychiatric and co-occurring services.

PT - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

ONE TO TWO 8 HOUR DAYS PER WEEK
This is a small, two PNP medication management program with a growing case load in a community mental health center. Duties would include psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, treatments, medication management, and occasional in-service training. Common Ties is celebrating it’s 25th anniversary of working with people in recovery from combined challenges of mental illness, substance abuse, and physical illnesses. We seek an experienced practitioner who wishes to support integrated care, welcoming to persons who have a substance abuse disorder, and understanding chronic disease self management, all in a team and community based model of care. Independent Licensure preferred, but not required.
