PT - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners

ONE TO TWO 8 HOUR DAYS PER WEEK
This is a small, two PNP medication management program with a growing case load in a community mental health center. Duties would include psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, treatments, medication management, and occasional in-service training. Common Ties assists adults in recovery from the combined challenges of mental illness, substance abuse, and physical illnesses. We seek an experienced practitioner who wishes to support integrated care, is welcoming to persons who have a substance abuse disorder, and understanding chronic disease self management, all in a team and community based model of care. Independent Licensure preferred, but not required.
